This is a bugfix only version:

- Fixed the game often crashing after playing a single round

- Fixed the game not starting on Mac due to a wrong .dylib path in the executable

- Fixed the game sometimes not starting on Mac due to OS X passing unknown command line parameters (They are now ignored. Thank you Boost.ProgramOptions for not making this a default)

- Fixed on screen keyboard not working for touch input
