Patch Notes v0.21

Gameplay

• Circle is now bigger
• List new unlocks after a run
• Use pseudo-random-distribution for armor proc
• Added telegraphing and weapon sway for the sniper enemy

Technical

• Added UI scaling to improve the layout on 4k and higher display
